Management Audit

Management Audits generally look at the structure of management, their director reports and their continence of operations plan as well as succession plan. Management audits may also look into relationship satisfaction within the company. Management audits may also look into profit per employee, cash on hand and the ability for the organization to continue operating with current cash flows up to three years. These audits can also address sales targets, cash targets and costs controls. Management audits often include the CFO (cheif financial officer) and a review of the accounting standards in place by the ornigation.
